Welcome to the Shop of Horror online store! We've compiled some of our favourite gothic items, creepy collectibles and horror merchandise. Plus, we stock all of the official merchandise for Dracula's Cabaret Restaurants.

The Shop of Horror is a branch of the Dracula's brand of cabaret theatres in Australia. Dracula's has venues in Melbourne and on the Gold Coast, as well as the Haunted House walk through attraction in Surfers Paradise.

Shipping Policy

All orders made with Shop of Horror are subject to availability. There may be unforeseen instances where customer orders cannot be fulfilled, in which case we will contact you immediately. We strive for customer satisfaction, and we will endeavour to do everything possible to complete your purchase with ease.

Shop of Horror will ship your goods within 3 business days of order. Estimated delivery times are one week within Australia, and three weeks for overseas orders. Shipping times may vary, depending on the postal service. Shop of Horror does not accept any liability for loss or damage of goods once goods have been dispatched. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms & Conditions herein, late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Shop of Horror reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason. If necessary, you will be notified, and refunded in the form of the original payment.

Refund Policy

No refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If goods are faulty, we will gladly exchange the item, or supply a refund, once the item has been returned, within 30 days of purchase.
